Requires the free Dragon Webhook Manager.
Licence
Enter your licence key on the plugin's settings screen (keys are in your dragoncore.ltd dashboard). Keys are stored encrypted; a licence covers the number of sites you bought it for (1, 5 or unlimited), and you can deactivate a site from the same screen to free its place for another. Updates are delivered automatically to licensed sites. If the licence lapses, the plugin keeps working with every Pro feature on each activated site; what stops is new versions and support, and renewing restores both on the same key. Renewal reminders arrive by email about two weeks before the period ends.
Multisite: the licence is activated per site. Each subdomain or mapped domain uses a seat; subdirectory sites share one.
Features
- WooCommerce triggers - orders (created/status changes), products, stock. Back in Stock fires when a product or variation goes from out of stock or on backorder to in stock (not when a new product is first saved in stock). Checkout Started fires when a shopper with items in their cart opens checkout, on both the classic and the block checkout, once per cart: reloading the page does not fire it again until the cart changes.
- WooCommerce placeholders - order, customer, product and review variables such as
{{order_total}}are listed under the payload template and filled in real deliveries (needs Dragon Webhook Manager 1.0.15 or later). Line items, coupons, product categories and tags arrive as JSON-encoded text: place them inside quotes ("items": "{{line_items}}") and decode the string on the receiving side. Send test on a WooCommerce trigger fills these placeholders with sample values built in memory - no real order, customer, product or review is read or saved (needs Dragon Webhook Manager 1.0.16 or later; older versions leave them unfilled in a test). In a test, each line item hasproduct_id0 and an emptysku. - Conditional logic - only send a webhook when its conditions match. A condition can test any variable listed under the payload template (for example
post_typeoruser_role) or a dotted path into the trigger data such aspost.post_status. A field the trigger does not provide has no value: "equals" does not match it and "not equals" does, so check the variable exists for your trigger. - HMAC signing - set a secret in the Webhook Secret field on a webhook's edit screen and every request for that webhook is signed with HMAC-SHA256 (
X-Webhook-Signature,X-Webhook-Timestamp,X-Webhook-Id): triggered deliveries, automatic retries, a Retry from the logs and Send test on a saved webhook, which signs with the saved secret (a secret typed into the form is used once you save). A test of a webhook that has not been saved yet is sent unsigned. Secrets are stored encrypted. If the site's security keys change, a saved secret can no longer be read: deliveries are then sent unsigned and an admin notice names the webhook until you enter the secret again. - Automatic retry - failed deliveries retry with backoff; the log shows every attempt. Clear Logs also cancels pending retries (needs Dragon Webhook Manager 1.0.16 or later; with an older version, retry state is dropped when a new log entry reuses a cleared entry's ID).
Uninstall
Deleting the plugin keeps all its data by default, so a reinstall picks up where you left off. To remove everything on uninstall, opt in first:
