This Privacy Policy describes how Dragon Core LTD ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our website (the "Service") and the choices you have associated with that information.

If we emailed you about your website
We sometimes get in touch with businesses whose websites we think we could help with. If that's how you heard from us, here's what we hold and why.
What we hold:your business name and web address, the contact email and phone number published on your website, your company's public details from Companies House, any name your website gives for who runs the business, and the results of our check of your homepage.
Where it came from: your own website, OpenStreetMap and Companies House. We only look at what anyone can see publicly. We never log in, test forms or look anywhere private.
Why: to offer our web services to your business. We rely on legitimate interests to do this, and we only email limited companies and LLPs, with a way to opt out in every email.
How long: the page we made for you is taken down after 60 days. We delete the rest within 12 months of our last contact. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep only your web address and that request, so we never contact you by mistake.
Your choices: reply to our email or write to rich@dragoncorestudio.com to stop hearing from us, to see what we hold, or to have it deleted. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
